i weighed myself on Friday morning I am now at 188 so that is only a loss of 2 lbs. I should be doing that without the Acciberry. lets see what next week brings.

Finally got the Acai berry detox

Well everyone the web site said it would be at my house in 5 business days it took 14. it also cost me another $12.00 but I guess if it works it will be worth it. I weighed in at 190 and I started taking it after lunch like the bottle says. I will be back in a week and see if they has been any weight loss. Right now I am eating a 1200 cal a day diet and I am going to the gym. I do cardio 6 days and weights 3 days. I have been doing that for a month and have lost a total of 7 lbs.

I was just doing some surfing and read about all the blogs about the acai berry diets were fake. Who knew people would actually believe that. I didn't until I knew someone who is taking it. Well I'm supposed to receive the stuff in 3 to 5 days. I will be back between Wednesday and Friday with my starting weight and picture. This blog is more for me then anything else that way I can see what I am doing.

Introduction

Hi my name is Sandra. I am starting this blog for people to see if the Acai Berry products people have seen on Oprah and other shows. First I will tell you a little about myself. After having 3 children I joined Jenny craig and lost 50lbs. I kept it off for 3 years until I decied to have another child then because of my age we decied to have another one right after. Between the last two I had a misscarrage. So from Feb 2003 to march 2005 I was pegant 3 times. I had gained 70lbs. I tried to go back to Jenny Craig but I have a peanut alergy and they will nolonger accept people with the alergy. Over the last 4 years I tried different things with only a 20lb loss and then I gained it all back. A friend of a friends husband started to take the Acai berry detox and loss 5lbs in 5 days. This is a real person not someone paid to promot the product so I have decied to try it. This blog is to see if this stuff works. I will blog my progress on here so people can see if it realy works before spending money. I have ordered the products through a free trial. I will post a picture once i get one so everyone will be able to see the change.
